All sales are final. We only accept return requests for products that arrive visibly damaged or defective due to a shipping error on our part.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo and video evidence of the damage.
Only sealed, factory-unopened products are eligible for review.
Opened, tampered or resealed products are never eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
If your claim is accepted, we will send a replacement of equal value only — no cash refunds.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
We are not responsible for: change of mind, price fluctuations after purchase, card pulls or pack contents, or carrier delays.

Pre-orders require full payment at time of purchase.

⚠ Pre-orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Quantities are strictly limited — first paid, first served.
Your price is locked at the time of purchase — no price adjustments after payment.
In the event of a publisher delay, your order is protected and will ship on the updated release date.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept all terms above.

All orders ship from Portugal (EU). Dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.

All shipments include a tracking number sent via Telegram or email.
EU buyers pay no customs or import duties.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been dispatched.
Heavy orders (cases, multiple boxes) may incur adjusted rates — confirmed before payment.

We collect only the information strictly necessary to process and ship your order (name, address, email). We never sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (shipping carrier).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe — we never store card details.
We use essential cookies (cart session) and optional functional cookies (Google Translate language preference). You may decline optional cookies via the cookie banner.
Your data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations (typically 5 years for tax purposes under Portuguese law).

General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on GoldenCollector.com in accordance with EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU). By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer at the moment of physical delivery of the goods to the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer.

Upon delivery, the buyer is required to inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage, crushing, or tampering. Should the parcel show such signs, the buyer must accept delivery by signing with "Specific Reserve" on the carrier's terminal (e.g. CTT, UPS, DHL), clearly stating the reason (e.g. "Accepted with reserve — parcel visibly crushed / punctured").

If the delivery receipt is signed without any specific reserve, the product is considered delivered in perfect condition. Consequently, the store cannot be held liable for cosmetic damage or missing items caused by the carrier, and full responsibility for any dispute with the carrier falls on the buyer.

In the event of damage, the buyer must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic/video evidence of the parcel and its contents.

GoldenCollector offers buyers the option to select Insured Shipping at checkout. This option covers 100% of the declared commercial value of the TCG products in the event of loss or total destruction by the carrier.

If the buyer explicitly chooses not to select the insurance option and proceeds with standard uninsured shipping, they acknowledge that in the event of loss or structural damage attributable to the carrier, any compensation will be limited exclusively to the carrier's standard legal indemnity limits (e.g. CTT / UPS standard maximum indemnity tables).

GoldenCollector accepts no liability beyond the carrier's standard indemnity for orders shipped without the Insured Shipping option.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason. However, given the collectible and speculative nature of TCG products (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, One Piece), the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to factory-sealed products that have not been opened, tampered with, or had their original shrink-wrap removed or altered. This right of withdrawal applies only to in-stock products purchased for immediate dispatch and does NOT apply to Pre-Order purchases (see the Pre-Order Policy).

The right of withdrawal is explicitly excluded in the following circumstances, pursuant to Art. 16(c) and 16(b) of Directive 2011/83/EU:

Products whose value depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the seller cannot control (card prices, set rarity, secondary market values).
Products that are sealed and not suitable for return for reasons of protection once opened after delivery.
Pre-Order purchases. Payment for a pre-order authorises GoldenCollector to immediately place a firm order for that item with the supplier; pre-orders are therefore non-refundable and excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Pre-Order Policy and Art. 16(b) above.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Booster boxes, packs, decks or cases that have been opened or had their original seal removed.
Single cards or products showing signs of use, handling, or damage not present at the time of dispatch.
Products returned in insufficient packaging that caused damage during the return journey.
Returns requested due to change of mind, card pulls/contents, or post-purchase price movements.

If an item arrives at our warehouse opened, visibly used, or damaged beyond its original packaging, the return will be refused and the product will be shipped back to the sender at their expense, with no refund issued. The buyer remains responsible for the diminished value of goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (Art. 14(2) Directive 2011/83/EU).

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Portuguese law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
VAT & Taxes: All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. EU customers pay no customs duties — we ship from Portugal (EU).
